Scope

This policy applies to the Everbound Interactive company website at everboundinteractive.com (the "Site"). It does not cover our software products, each of which has its own privacy policy. For Bedtime Adventures, see the privacy policy on its own site.

What we collect

We designed this Site to collect as little as possible. In practice that means:

• Basic server logs. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the page visited. This is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site, and is retained only for a limited period.
• Email you send us. If you email the address listed on the Site, we receive your message and email address so we can reply. We use it only to respond to you.
• Privacy-friendly analytics. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand aggregate traffic and performance, for example how many people viewed a page and how quickly pages load. It is configured to avoid cookies and does not build profiles of individuals or track you across other sites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not run advertising networks or ad-targeting trackers on this Site.
• We do not require accounts, logins, or passwords to browse the Site.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this company website. (This Site is aimed at the general public; our children's product is governed by its own policy and protections.)

Cookies

This Site aims to operate without non-essential cookies. If any cookies are used, they are limited to what is necessary for the Site to function or for the privacy-friendly analytics described above. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use information

We use the limited information above only to operate and secure the Site, to respond to messages you send us, and to understand aggregate, non-identifying traffic patterns. We do not use it to advertise to you or to build a profile of you.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the Site (for example, our website host and our analytics provider). They process information only to provide their service to us, under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices & rights

You can browse the Site without giving us any personal information. If you've emailed us and want your message and contact details deleted, just ask. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal information we hold; contact us and we'll honor applicable requests.

Children

This company website is intended for a general, adult audience (parents, partners, press). It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our children's product applies separate, stricter protections under its own privacy policy.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
