These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Everbound Interactive company website at everboundinteractive.com (the "Site"), operated by Everbound Interactive LLC ("Everbound," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These Terms cover the company website only. Each of our software products (such as Bedtime Adventures) is governed by its own separate terms and end-user agreements, and, where applicable, by the terms of the app store through which it is distributed.
