Bedtime Adventures is an AI-powered bedtime story application for children, currently in pre-launch development. At this time, our service consists of an informational website and a waitlist for early access notification. The full application is not yet publicly available.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice, including during the pre-launch period.
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or create an account. Bedtime Adventures is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. By using our service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
By submitting your email address to our waitlist, you agree to receive a one-time notification when Bedtime Adventures launches. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the service, a specific pricing tier, or any particular feature set. We make no commitments regarding launch timing.

Bedtime Adventures uses artificial intelligence to generate story content. While we apply content guidelines and filters to ensure age-appropriate output, AI-generated content is probabilistic in nature. We do not guarantee that every generated story will meet every family's individual standards or expectations.
We are not responsible for any AI-generated content that a user finds unsuitable, and we encourage parents to remain engaged during story sessions.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Everbound Interactive and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
AI-generated stories produced within the app are generated on your behalf for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or commercially distribute stories generated by Bedtime Adventures.
Our service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. This is especially applicable during the pre-launch period, when the service is under active development.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everbound Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the pre-launch period, is zero).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
